The 3.2V 160Ah and 160Ah LiFePO4 battery cells are commonly used in battery energy storage systems, solar charging, EV, trolling motor batteries and etc, POWEROAD offers high-precision laser spot welding, allowing the customers to select and customize the electrode terminals and modular design, we select high capacity busbars and terminals for the lithium battery cell modification, assuring the high passing current and build quality.
The HAN’S laser welding machine is capable of 4000W high power laser output with 5mu extreme laser welding tolerance, securing the build quality and accuracy. The 4000W laser can finish the welding process in just seconds, making sure the battery chemical will not be affected by the soldering.
